Telehealth Therapy

I offer virtual therapy sessions for clients located throughout California and Florida. Telehealth allows you to attend therapy from a space where you feel comfortable—your home, your office, or wherever you feel most at ease.

Walk and Talk Sessions

Walk and talk sessions blend movement, nature, and emotional support. We meet outdoors and walk side by side while gently exploring what you’re experiencing. For many people, being in motion and in nature makes it easier to open up, feel grounded, and access emotions that can feel harder to reach sitting still.

Nature and movement naturally support emotional regulation, stress relief, and nervous system balance—making walk and talk sessions both grounding and restorative.
