About Marie Rogers, LMFT, LPCC
I’m passionate about helping people make sense of how their past experiences continue to shape their present lives. I believe meaningful change happens when we feel understood, supported, and safe enough to be honest with ourselves.
I see you as the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you—offering curiosity, care, and thoughtful guidance as you begin to understand yourself in ways that can genuinely shift how you live and relate. My work encourages honesty and emotional depth, while honoring the strengths and resilience you’ve already built.
I’m especially drawn to working with people who are high-achieving, caring, and emotionally attuned—the ones others rely on, the ones who hold a lot together, and the ones who often struggle to make space for themselves. Many of my clients are outwardly capable while carrying a great deal internally.
As a trauma-informed, strength-based therapist, I’m mindful of how early experiences and relationships shape how we cope, connect, and move through the world. Together, we gently explore what’s keeping you stuck, build skills that support real change, and pay attention to what begins to feel different over time—always in a way that feels collaborative and meaningful.
