Walk and Talk sessions are a great option for people who prefer to meet in person. We meet outdoors, mindfully incorporating nature into the session, while walking and processing through emotions and different life experiences. Nature and physical movement naturally support our mood, emotional regulation, stress management, physical health, and self-esteem; making it a beneficial component to a therapy session.
