What We Can Work On

People come to therapy for many reasons. We often begin with one concern and let the work unfold from there. Areas we may explore include:

  • Relationships, boundaries & self-esteem Feeling more grounded and clear in who you are
  • Emotional regulation & personal growth Strengthening your ability to move through difficult emotions
  • Parenting support Making sense of your child's needs while staying connected to your own

Sessions are 50 minutes, held via telehealth across California and Florida. This is one space where you don't have to deliver or mask — just show up. We take it from there.

You don't need to see yourself in every area listed here. What matters most is having a space where you feel supported and able to move at a pace that feels right for you.
