ADULT THERAPY IN SAN MATEO COUNTY & THE BAY AREA

Are You Someone Who Carries a Lot — and Rarely Lets Anyone See It?

You move through your days getting everything done. Showing up, delivering, keeping things steady. And somewhere along the way, you stopped asking how you were actually doing.

What We Can Work On

People come to therapy for many reasons. We often begin with one concern and let the work unfold from there. Areas we may explore include:

Finding steadiness and relief when things feel heavy

Understanding how past relationships shape how you feel and relate

Feeling like yourself again — with energy and meaning

Feeling more grounded and clear in who you are

Making sense of your child's needs while staying connected to your own

Supporting safety, regulation, and resilience

Strengthening your ability to move through difficult emotions

Making space for change and loss with care and compassion

Sessions are 50 minutes, held via telehealth across California. This is one space where you don't have to deliver or mask — just show up. We take it from there.

You don't need to see yourself in every area listed here. If anxiety or burnout is at the center of what you're carrying, you can learn more about anxiety therapy in San Mateo County and the Bay Area. If you're curious about a deeper, body-based approach, Brainspotting may be worth exploring. And if you're a parent seeking support for your child or teen, I work with children and teens as well. What matters most is having a space where you feel supported and able to move at a pace that feels right for you.
